Test Equipment Engineer

Define the test process by understand the test requirement and specification from the customer documentation
Establish test process for manufacturing and create work instruction for test in MES System. And provide detailed training to all test technicians.
Evaluate test process and create test Process control, PFMEA and Risk assessment.
Must comply with POR and CE! Compliance.
Define the FPY failure category and defects, collect datas, analysis and identify the gaps
Work with Production, Manufacturing engineers and Supplier quality engineers, drive by effective actions to fix the failures with permanent solutions.
Drive for continuous improvement on quality, efficiency and test cycle time.
Maintain the test fixtures by schedule frequent equipment preventive maintenance, critical parts control.
