Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in card payments and card lifecycle processes. In this role, you will ensure the quality, compliance, and seamless performance of card-based products and systems through end-to-end testing activities.

This position is ideal for someone with deep domain experience in cards issuing, personalization, transactions, and payment scheme certification.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute functional, system integration, performance, and UAT testing for card products and related platforms

  • Validate all stages of the customer and card lifecycle, including issuance, transactions, fraud checks, chargebacks, statements, rewards, and closure

  • Conduct detailed testing of ISO8583 message flows

  • Perform payment scheme certification testing

  • Manage defect triage, communication, and resolution with cross-functional teams
