Summary:

Test Lead in Verification coordinates the verification of a project.
​Important part of test lead is to drive necessary improvements within the testing process, related practices, and environments, based on lessons learned in the projects.
​Continuous personal development in the role takes place via various types of learning solutions and networking with ​colleagues internally and externally​

Major Responsibilities:
 

- Test planning with stakeholders

- Driving for timely completion of verification

- Maintaining visibility at testing status in the project with internal and external stakeholders

- Providing necessary deliverables per the product process (plans, reports, approvals, …)

- Participating actively in project leadership/core team
