Role Summary
The Test Lead for the Front Office OEMS(Order and Execution Management System) project is responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities across the OEMS platform, ensuring functional accuracy, system stability, and regulatory compliance. The role partners closely with Front Office users, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to deliver a high-quality trading solution supporting critical order and execution workflows. Test Strategy & Planning - Define, own, and execute the overall test strategy for Front Office OEMS implementations. - Develop comprehensive test plans, schedules, effort estimates, and test approaches aligned with program milestones. - Ensure full testing coverage across business workflows, integrations, and non-functional requirements.
