Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for banking applications, ensuring high quality, regulatory compliance, and stable production releases. The role involves leading QA teams, defining test strategies, coordinating SIT/UAT, and working closely with business, IT, and vendors across core and digital banking platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy & Planning
Define and own test strategy, test plans, and test approach aligned with banking standards.
Review business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
Plan testing activities across SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and production validation.
Test Execution & Quality Assurance
Lead and oversee manual and automated testing activities.
Ensure timely execution of system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
