Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall Lead experience, with at least 7+ years in test automation leadership.
Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, TestNG/JUnit.
Experience in banking domain applications such as core banking, payments, loans, or digital banking platforms.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and defect management tools (JIRA, ALM).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to lead distributed teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
