Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Software Test Engineers to specify, design, implement, and evolve testing processes and execution.
• Define and conduct training related to QA/QC.
• Define Test Plans and Test Cases based on requirements.
• Develop automated test scripts.
• Conduct manual testing and automated testing.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and their solutions.
• Write Test Reports.
• Communicate with Project Manager and customers on requirements and test results.
• Work closely with Developers to improve developed software applications.
• Research latest testing techniques/tools and verify usability for projects.
