Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall test strategy and test planning, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and delivery objectives
• Own end-to-end test execution and delivery, acting as the single point of accountability for QA outcomes
• Collaborate closely with Client Test Lead, Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, and cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement by exploring new tools, frameworks, and methodologies, especially around automation and AI-based testing
• Evaluate alternatives and propose improvements to enhance test efficiency, coverage, and quality
• Lead tool selection, framework evolution, and QA process improvements across projects

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS) with the ability to translate domain requirements into effective testing strategies
