Job Responsibilities
Lead the testing team for banking core systems (deposit/loan/payment/account management), manage daily operations, assign tasks and control test progress/quality to deliver high-standard test results.
Establish and optimize financial-grade test processes/specifications, drive standardized testing across requirement analysis, case design, execution, defect management and reporting.
Oversee core project testing (cloud migration/localization/version iteration), lead requirement/test scheme reviews, and ensure full coverage of high-risk modules in line with financial regulatory compliance.
Manage the full lifecycle of test defects, organize root cause analysis, push R&D teams for timely fixes, and output data-driven test reports to support project decision-making.
