We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing workstream for a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll transformation program. This role will play a critical part in delivering a high-quality Workday HCM and Aurion Payroll solution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Test Strategy and Test Plan, including scope, environments, data, and governance

Lead and manage end-to-end testing phases, including:

System Integration Testing (SIT)

End-to-End Testing

Regression Testing

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Parallel Payroll Testing

Oversee defect triage and defect lifecycle management, including prioritisation, retesting, and closure
