Test Manager

Job Summary

The Test Manager is accountable for defining and executing the overall test strategy across banking programmes and applications. The role ensures quality, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation for mission-critical banking systems, managing multiple test teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Governance

• Define, own, and continuously improve the enterprise test strategy and framework.
• Establish testing standards, methodologies, and governance aligned with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure risk-based testing is applied across all initiatives.

Test Delivery & Management

• Plan and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Oversee SIT, UAT support, regression, integration, and production validation.
• Manage test schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
