Test Manager

TechFirm is a Swiss consulting firm. We're a hundred and one free spirits, spread between Geneva, Zurich and Marseille, working together to revolutionize the information systems of our banking, industrial and government customers.

We are looking for a Test Manager to work in Geneva.

Responsabilities

• Proven experience in test management, automation, and analysis.
• Proven experience in the financial/banking sector is a real plus (else CFA Foundation certificate required)
• Good knowledge of Agile environments (Scrum) and BDD methodologies.
• Development or scripting skills are a plus.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Jira X-Ray.
• Basic knowledge of Bamboo, SonarQube, Git, and Kibana is appreciated.
• Well-organized, structured, and strong critical thinking.
