Job Description – Test Manager (CIB - Cash Management - UAT)
Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Test Manager – Cash Management who will be based out of Navi Mumbai - India and required to travel onsite for a leading banking engagement. The role demands strong hands-on testing capability, deep Cash Management domain knowledge, and the ability to lead UAT, test governance, and stakeholder coordination across CIB and related product modules.
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Strategy & Governance
- Define test strategy, test plan, UAT approach, and regression coverage.
- Translate business & functional requirements into structured test scenarios and scripts.
- Lead governance checkpoints, daily progress reporting, and go-live readiness reviews.
2. Testing Delivery (Hands-On)
- Create detailed test cases, test data, and traceability matrices.
- Drive UAT cycles, defect triage, and closure with Tech & Business teams.
