- The main function of a Test Manager is to organize and control the Test activities of the Test Leads under a Project or Unit. The Test Manager ensures visibility in the status of each Testing activities across a Unit or Project as well as resource planning at this level. Comply with the ITG Quality Framework established by TCOE Ensure Test Process are followed according to the SDLC and TCOE Test Process Collaborates with Project Managers, ITSD Unit Heads, Development Leads across Unit/Project team to ensure quality delivery and gather resource demands Provide guidance on Test Leads, supervise test teams to ensure consistency in implementing Test Process Gather and report Test Status and represent the Test Team in meetings within and across the Units Identify Risks and mitigation plan prioritizes testing activities to ensure delivery of com...
