Test Manager

Role Description

We are seeking experienced and strategic Test Managers to lead and oversee testing workstreams (systems testing, systems integration testing, end to end testing, non-functional testing, regression and automation) for large-scale software integration projects of the FNZ solution with clients in the financial services sector.

The Test Manager will be accountable for test strategy and approach, test planning, execution, and reporting across all major test phases. The successful candidate will escalates test risks and issues, and provide day to day management of a multi-locational, cross-functional testing team. This role would work closely with the Project Management, Delivery Management, Solution Consultants, Analyst Testers, Infrastructure and Release Management functions to ensure on time and quality delivery in compliance with FNZ SDLC.
