Test Migration Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Migration Manager / Testing Lead with expertise in Test Migration management and front-back trade process understanding. Preferably with FX projects experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Be the Test Migration Study Lead / Testing Lead, defining the overall testing strategy, migration strategy, and detailed execution plan.
• Design and drive end-to-end Test Migration Strategy covering SIT, UAT, regression, parallel runs, cutover, and post-go-live validation.
• Lead FX trade lifecycle validation (Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Options) across FO–MO–BO systems including Risk, P&L, and Finance.
• Oversee historical and open trade data migration, reconciliation, completeness checks, and regulatory validation.
• Manage defect governance, test reporting, and stakeholder communication across Business, IT, and Operations.
