Test Systems Integration Software Engineer x1 – Focus: High-Volume Test& Data Collection

Core Responsibilities: Integrate high-capacity disk drive testsystems (e.g. the new “Saturn” testers with 13,000+ test slots) into thefactory’s software ecosystem. Develop software services to interface withtester control systems, retrieving test results in real time and loggingthem to central databases. Ensure test equipment can fetch required inputdata (e.g. test recipes, configuration) from MES or other systems at thestart of each run, and that results are reported back upon completion.Build and optimize pipelines for streaming test data from thousands ofsimultaneous tests, handling the high volume and velocity without dataloss. Implement buffering, batching, or queuing mechanisms as needed toreliably transfer data under heavy load. Develop monitoring tools ordashboards to display tester status, utilization, and key metrics toengineering teams.
