Test Technician III

Job Summary
Tests computer, sub-assemblies, and assemblies using pre-set and verified manual, semi-automated and automated test stations.
Principal Responsibilities
Performs production tests on assembled computers and failure analysis tests on malfunctioning product.
Assembe industrial computers to Specification.
Detects and isolates defective products.
Adjusts, realigns and recalibrates equipment & tools to required specifications.
May assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving technical problems on assembled products.
Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
Other duties as assigned.
