Role Overview

The Performance Tester will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for criticalbanking applications. The role involves working with cross‑functional teams to validate system performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure applications meetsscalability, reliability, and response‑time requirements. Expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Testing & Engineering

• Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen) and ApacheJMeter .
• Execute Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Scalability tests for banking platforms.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning actions.
• Validate SLAs related to response times, throughput, concurrency, and system utilization.
