Participating in the planning, design, and execution of printer-oriented tests. Execute test plans using automated testing toolsets and perform manual test execution when required. Test and validate print and multifunction products, associated workflows, and related software solutions. Work with enterprise networking environments, including network security, certificates, and encryption methods. Utilize Windows operating systems (and limited Linux) to support test activities. Operate PC and server hardware, VMware environments, and server-based applications and databases. Test secure print and capture workflows on printer-embedded solutions. Follow and apply the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) throughout the testing process. Participate in defect lifecycle management, including defect logging, tracking, and validation.
