Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:
Develop, maintain, and optimize test solutions including ICT (In-Circuit Test), Flying Probe (FICT), and Flashing processes
Perform test program development, debugging, GR&R and validation to ensure test coverage and product quality
Analyze test failures, identify root cause, and implement corrective actions
Support production line to troubleshoot test-related issue and minimize downtime
Improve test yield, reduce false call failures, and enhance test efficiency
Review and improve test strategy (Test coverage) to prevent escape defects to customer
