Testing Manager

• Minimum 12 years of project/software testing experience preferably in financial institutions, inclusive of minimum 5 years of test management experience.
• Familiar with Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and Agile Testing Lifecycle including the test and defect management process.
• Experience in managing functional testing, automation testing and performance testing.
• Attention to details. Good analytics skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate and front the project team and stakeholders confidently.
• Have practical working experience using at least one tool from each tool category specified at 'Tool Requirements' section.
