About the role

As a Testing & Service Engineer at Ray Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and performance of our electrical and electronic products specialized in X-Ray machine. Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, this full-time position will involve carrying out comprehensive testing and providing efficient after-sales service of X-Ray Machine to our valued customers across the regions.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing rigorous testing and quality assurance on our electrical and electronic products specialized in X-Ray machine.
2. Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
3. Providing hands on and technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products
