Testing Support Specialist

Job Description
Assist TSM in monitoring testing progress of assigned change request from start/preparation to completion/sign-off submission.
Facilitate/coordinate reported issues/concern/ encountered during user testing.
Checks receipt signed-off documents are approved, complete and successfully passed.
Prepares a weekly UAT progress report, on target and delay change request inclusive of reasons/fixes and target dates.
Assist TSM on monitoring testing progress of assigned projects.
Other administrative matter that may be assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT or any related
• Minimum of 6 months professional experience in related field
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Good English communication skills both oral and written
• Keen on details
• Good inter personal relationship skills
• Analytical Skills
• Familiarity with system development life cycle is a plus
• Managing UAT Progress is a plus
