Textile Designer

We are looking for a creative and practical Textile / Fashion Designer who understands Pakistani women's wear, fabric selection, prints, embroidery, and production-ready designs.
You will be responsible for creating commercially viable designs that can move smoothly from concept to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Design women's pret / semi-formal suits
Create print, embroidery, and embellishment concepts
Develop tech packs (measurements, stitching details, trims)
Coordinate with manufacturers and tailors
Supervise sampling and revisions
Select appropriate fabrics, colours, and finishes
Ensure designs are cost-efficient for mass production
Work closely with management to align designs with brand vision
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years experience in women's fashion / textile design
Strong understanding of:
Lawn, cambric, cotton net, chiffon, silk blends
Embroidery techniques and print development
Experience with local manufacturer...
