Job Title: Textile Laboratory Assistant
(Maternity Cover - Expected Duration12 months) 
Hours: 34 Hours per week 
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary £21, 852
Main Purpose of Role
To provide textile testing services in the most safe, effective and efficient manner possible.
To ensure tests are carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible
To ensure all tested samples are mounted neatly and are correctly identified 
To keep your working areas as clean and tidy as possible
To help develop the textile testing provision within your area of testing as required
Qualifications
In addition to the above you’ll also need to demonstrate the following;
Good numeracy and literacy 
High attention to detail
