.Responsibilities: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in Scrum is required. Intermediate proficiency in Build Management is recommended. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Design & Build Enablement is suggested.
