Job position: Thai Sous Chef

Work Location: Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
• Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and standards.
• Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
• Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a Thai kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques.
