Job Description
An Accelerate Graduate will participate in a dynamic development program that will provide them with a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of banking, and to prepare them for future leadership roles. Through an extensive training program and structured career paths, they will gain exposure to various departments and roles within the bank, helping them build a strong foundation for a successful career in banking.
They are expected to leverage their work experience to valuably contribute to the bank and demonstrate leadership traits in all aspects. The program will cover areas such as Corporate & Investment, Treasury, Retail Banking, Risk management, Compliance & Audit, lending and operations, amongst others.
