The League - Management Trainee

Learning and Development: Participate in formal classroom training sessions and on-the-job training/ experiential learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of banking products, financial markets, regulatory compliance, banking operations, customer service, sales strategies, and leadership skills.

Individual Leaning & Development Roadmaps: Post placement, customized Learning & Development roadmaps will be made for Management Trainees, in view of their placement and interests. Through this, MTs will engage in rotational assignments to gain holistic understanding of the relevant business and role.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams on shared objectives to understand agile ways of working, learn from experienced employees, and contribute to enterprise level projects.
