Position Summary
The TLC Lead is an academic leadership role responsible for overseeing The Learning Curve (TLC) Program for students from Pre-Elementary to Grade 12 under the Touch Curated Program. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality special education services through effective program development, curriculum modification, team leadership, and strong family support. The TLC Lead supervises TLC Specialists, manages student cases (up to 40 students), and collaborates with cross-functional teams to uphold academic standards, compliance, and student success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Development & Implementation

• Develop, implement, and refine the TLC Program to ensure alignment with institutional goals and best practices in special education.
• Strengthen program foundations and structure for long-term sustainability.
• Conduct pre-enrollment training and consultations.
• Conduct parent workshops as necessary.
