The Senior Director

The Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting will serve as the primary authority on US GAAP compliance and financial disclosure for the BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure Inc and other entities within the Group. This role is responsible for the integrity of our clients financial statements, the evolution of there accounting policies, and the coordination of critical external functions including audit, tax, and insurance. The successful candidate will be a key advisor to the CFO and the Board of Directors, ensuring that complex transactions are accurately reflected and communicated to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
• Leading quarterly and annual filings (10-Q / 10-K)
• Developing accounting policies and technical position papers
• Managing external audits, and strengthening internal controls and reporting processes.
