Theater Crew

Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Resident Technical Director, the Theater Crew is responsible for operating the theater equipment for the Areté.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Pre-production

• Lighting
• Coordinate with the RTD and production TD and LD regarding the lighting rig of the show
• Review lighting layout of the production LD for rigging
• Sound and Video
• Review the speaker and microphone layout of the production SD for rigging
• Review the projector and screen layout of the production SD for rigging
• Flying and Rigging
• Review the flying schedule of the production for rigging
• Review all items for rigging to the fly system
• Stage Crew
• Review the stage configuration submitted by the production
• Review the house seat plan submitted by the production
