Position Summary


Trippas White Group are looking for our next hospitality star, seeking to take on a new challenge in their career. We are on the hunt for a Bar Supervisor based at the Sydney Opera House with a can-do attitude. As our Bar supervisor you will be working closely with the management team to ensure a seamless experience for our patrons.


The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in food and beverage operations within high volume hospitality venues; you will be leading a team of up to 15 staff on any given date working a rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities


Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the setup, operation, and pack-down of multiple bars & dining spaces during show periods.

  • Lead by example on the floor, supervising teams and ensuring a smooth service flow.

  • Coordinate with management and events teams to deliver seamless pre-show, interval, and post-show service.
