Theme Park Cashier

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide relevant information
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit

Requirements

• Applicants must be willing to work in i-City at Shah Alam.
• School leaver/ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holiday
• Able to work during Raya
• Willingness to work on afternoon shift (3pm – 11pm / 12am)
• Required skill(s): Cashier, Customer Service
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible
• Permanent / Internship positions available
