Therapeutic Recovery Worker

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Phoenix Futures team as a Therapeutic Worker at our new and innovative Trauma Responsive Women’s Therapeutic Community Residential Service, Ophelia House.

The Role

• Effectively manage a small caseload of less than five women, conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans that cater to their unique needs
• Embrace our community as method model to work not only with users of our services but their families and wider surrounding networks to ensure that everyone is equipped with the tools, knowledge and approaches, all essential to a long‑term recovery
• Deliver therapeutic groups, activities, and specialised interventions as per the Therapeutic Community manual and service needs
• Champion an environment and a culture that, as well as being safe and compliant, truly fosters compassion and development
