Job Description

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions to assess, diagnose, and treat emotional, mental, and behavioral disorders in clients of various age groups.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on clients' needs, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Maintain confidential client records, document therapy sessions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with appropriate licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and modalities, with experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
