Job Description
Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients within an acute care hospital and inpatient rehabilitation facility. Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine appropriate therapy interventions and discharge plans.
• Administer therapeutic treatments, including use of equipment like Vector and LiteGait.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in Meditech EMR.
• Participate in team conferences and family training to support patient recovery.
• Adhere to unit policies, including weekend shift and holiday rotation schedules.
• Maintain active PT license and BLS certification at all times.
