• Day 5x8-Hour shifts, Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday
• Guaranteed hours based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours
• Home health setting
• Field position covering Hesperia/Victorville/High Desert area
• Oasis experience required
• Home health experience preferred but willing to train
