Job Description
We are currently looking for a Physical Therapist for a 13 week travel or local assignment in beautiful Miami, FL. The position is for a prominent hospital system in the heart of Miami and will start 5/1/2017 or as close to that start date as possible. Ideal PT will have at least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in the hospital setting (previous travel experience is a plus as well).
Essential Functions:
1) Demonstrate and articulate sound clinical reasoning in synthesizing complex evaluation data, identifying diagnosis, and developing a comprehensive plan of care
2) Develop and update an appropriate plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family; related to their age and lifestyle with measurable long and short term goals
3) Utilize appropriate methods and materials for effective learning, monitoring the response to education, and adapting the program appropriately
