Requirements:

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s) or proof of eligibility.
  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy, or Masters degree in a related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of PT experience.
  • Valid drivers license or reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel per state licensure and professional standards.
