Job Responsibilities
Therapy Support
Assist Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists in delivering therapy services aimed at improving patients’ quality of life. 
Support therapists in transferring, lifting, and wheeling patients safely within the organisation.
Clinical Education & Coordination
Assist the Head of Department in coordinating clinical education programmes and activities for therapy assistants. 
Participate in the orientation and mentoring of new Therapy Aides. 
Guide and orientate volunteers attached to the Rehabilitation Department.
Therapy Activities
Conduct and lead group exercise sessions independently. 
Perform outcome measure assessments under the guidance of therapists.
