We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Assistant for a casual role at Westlock Healthcare Centre and Westlock Continuing Care/Home Care with the Occupational Therapy Department. This position offers a unique opportunity to support a diverse patient population while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. In this pivotal role, you will be directly involved in providing essential care throughout each patient’s healthcare journey. Therapy Assistants build meaningful relationships with patients and families while working across a variety of cases, strengthening critical thinking and adaptability. Smaller team sizes foster close collaboration and a supportive, cohesive care environment. In this role, you will support occupational therapists across multiple sectors of care.
