Therapy Development Specialist, Neurovascular (México)

What you will do
Collaborate closely with local Sales Support, Sales Managers, Distributors, and International Marketing to strengthen market share in the neurovascular franchise for Mexico.
Execute technical promotion of the accessories franchise, ensuring participation in all accounts, and provide technical, procedural, and clinical support through in‑services, workshops, and training sessions.
Conduct market assessments, oversee account monitoring, and ensure compliance with marketing/event processes, providing feedback on distributor and physician relationships, market dynamics, and sales force inputs.
Contribute to the development of events/marketing strategies based on customer needs, actively enhancing endovascular therapy in the country, and providing occasional support to Global Marketing/Training and Clinical Teams.
