Thermal ATC Engineer

Job Description:
Design, develop, and optimize active thermal control systems, including pumped fluid loops, cold plates, and heat exchangers, to meet performance and reliability requirements. Perform thermal and flow analysis using SolidWorks Flow Simulation and SolidWorks Simulation to validate designs and support product development. Support prototyping, testing, and validation of thermal systems, including the use of thermal sensors, heaters, TECs, and thermal interface materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define thermal requirements, interpret basic control logic, and ensure manufacturability through precision fabrication or additive manufacturing methods. Troubleshoot thermal performance issues and drive continuous improvement for applications in semiconductor, space, defence, or other high-precision engineering environments.
