Thermal Engineer Lead

***The Thermal Engineer Lead**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Understands the products, suggesting ideas and improvements back to group.
- Assists with creation, reviewing, and systems-entry of new product specifications, ECNs, tests, procedures, user manuals, submittal drawings, and sales literature.
- Develop team experience on thermal and refrigeration design tools.
- Lead detailed Design reviews and have responsibility for output to management.
- Working with contract resources and/or manufacturers for prototype/production builds- Assists with troubleshooting of escalated or re-occurring field issues.
- Design and performs testing plans.
- Works closely with technicians and junior engineers, providing technical support and guidance.
- Collaborates with other groups, including Electrical, Mechanical, Control engineers, System test, customer support, and manufacturing.Lead team development and New Product Development.
