Thermal fea simulation engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Thermal Simulation Engineer with strong expertise in structural and thermal analysis, specifically within battery systems. This role focuses on FEA-driven design and validation, supporting the development of robust and thermally efficient battery packs. Candidates with a background in automotive systems and hands-on experience in battery technologies are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced simulations using ABAQUS and ANSA for structural and thermal analysis
Develop and validate mechanical and thermal models for battery systems, including Li-Ion, Lead Acid, and Supercapacitors
Conduct simulations related to:
Crash, crush, and impact scenarios
Mechanical shock and vibration durability
Structural integrity and reliability
Define and execute simulation strategies to evaluate design robustness using Finite Element Analysis
