Thermal Project Manager and Delivery Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled thermal professionals to lead the technical execution and construction of biomass projects across Africa for commercial and industrial energy intensive users. Responsibilities
Working closely with the Director of Engineering and Construction, you will:
Pre-Construction: Support Business Development teams in designing innovative decarbonization solutions and site development plans.
Tender Management: Review technical specifications and proposals to ensure high-quality vendor selection.
Project Execution: Oversee the construction and commissioning of solid-fired power plants and steam boiler projects.
Growth & Agility: Contribute to varied duties including sales support, reporting, and admin within a dynamic, lean team environment.
