• Design and size renewable thermal power plants (wood heating plants, pellet boilers, heat pumps, solar panels, etc.); assess their feasibility by identifying technical, economic, and environmental constraints
• Prepare construction permit applications, carry out procedures for obtaining subsidies, as well as acquiring rights of way
• Prepare calls for tenders for supplies and services; manage the entire construction projects of heat production plants, distribution networks, and district heating systems; ensure the proper execution of work, respecting costs and deadlines
