KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing daily operations of the store and customer service team.
• Maximise turnover.
• Risk Management.
• Merchandising.
• Staff motivation and development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)

MUST HAVE:

• Computer literate and advanced excel skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for retail.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience at a supervisory level will be an added advantage.
