Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing daily operations of the store and customer service team.
- Maximise turnover.
- Risk Management.
- Merchandising.
- Staff motivation and development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
MUST HAVE:
- Computer literate and advanced excel skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for retail.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous retail experience at a supervisory level will be an added advantage.
